    • To support 7x24 online chat service globally and ensure the online requests shall be answered properly • To collaborate with Reefer team to carry out MyOOCLReefer project • To centralize BL deletion requests globally • To centralize customer profiles verification globally and customer new registration verification for North America Group • To centralize EU/US sanction lists monitoring and ensure no existing customers are listed on the sanction lists • To support AMS/ACI do not load and cancel do not load handling during non-office hours • To prepare weekly reports including Jeddah Declaration List and Transshipment overdue report • To prepare daily Seal Discrepancy report and post on Tibbr
    Requirements
    • Fluent English, both oral and written • Bachelor degree preferably in Logistics, Business or related • CET-6, good command of both oral and written English • Problem-solving and negotiation skills • Skillful communication with internal and external • Accountable and responsible, Positive attitude under high pressure, patience • Strong PC skills required (Microsoft Office 2007 Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
    Remarks
    - Location: OOCL Plaza - Need to do Night Shift (20:30 PM – 08:30 AM) - Frequency: 2-3 times per week with allowance
