2.Digital Design Engineer intern
Job Description:
- digital design for smart power mixed mode ASIC
- IP design and verification
- bench evaluation under application conditions
- FPGA verification
Requirements:
- post graduate in Semiconductor,Electronics Engineering areas
- experience in writing VHDLVVerilog RTL code and script languages (Pert/TCL)
- knowledge in digital IC design EDA tools, such as ncsim/modelsim, Design Com
puter, Primetime,etc.
- good IC verification concept and skills would be a plus.
- familiar with linux/unix environment
- fluent and well spoken/written English
- teamwork, flexibility & initiative
- 3 days per week, last 6 months.
3.Analog Design Engineer intern
Job Description:
- analog IP design and simulation
- bench evaluation of semiconductor circuits and systems
Requirements:
- post graduate in Semiconductor ,Electronics Engineering areas
- knowledge in analog building blocks (voltage & current references,operationa
l amplifiers, regulators etc)
- hands-on experience with lab measurements
- familiar with linux/unix environment & EDA tools (schematic entry, Spoce sim
ulator)
- fluent and well spoken/written English
- teamwork, flexibility & initiative
- 3 days per week, last 6 months.
Location: Shanghai, Changning district, No 333 Fuquan Road(2號(hào)線淞虹路站)
Payment: Bachelor -- 115 RMB/Day (Before Tax)
