Job Description: Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. designs, develops, manufactures, and markets a broad range of linear and mixed-signal integrated circuits, commonly referred to as analog circuits. Maxims Customer Operations team is a globally-aligned enterprise, dedicated to delivering continually improving value-added services to our customers that, in turn, drive revenue for company.
As an intern, you are valuable member of our Customer Operations team. You will play a key role in supporting customers requirement. A Maxim internship will provide you with practical service training and real-world work experience, strategically positioning you for the next steps in your career. You will have many opportunities to learn, grow and develop Customer Operations related skills.
Job Duties (include but not limited to): 1. Coordinate with customer backlog management; 2. Assist in the preparation and execution of manual data entry tasks; 3. Support Customer Operation Associates to handle other daily work.
Qualifications: 1. Must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree or higher; 2. Excellent oral and written communication skills; 3. Being attentive to details and good problem solving skills; 4. Ability to take direction well and ask for clarification when necessary.
