Title: Food Science Intern
Job description
1. Participate in food science research for the development of kitchen applian
ces for home cooking.
2. Conduct experiments related to food processes, such as baking, frying, ferm
entation, steaming, etc.
3. Analyze and observe chemical changes of food ingredients during processing,
4. Establish methods for chemical analysis.
5. Communicate results with team.
Requirements:
1. PhD or MS. Candidate in food science, preferably in food chemistry and/or f
ood microbiology.
2. Research experience in food science/industry is a plus.
3. Experience with GC, HPLC, spectrophotometer, etc.
4. Passionate about research work.
5. Flexible, open minded, able to work on multi projects in different areas.
6. Enjoy working in team environment with diverse culture background.
7. Able to communicate, verbally or in writing, in English.
