Bleum is committed to developing its single most important asset - its people. Every year, from October to November, Bleum starts its annual "Campus Recruiting" program. We offer staff clearly defined career paths and ensure that they receive the best training and on-the-job support and mentoring possible. Bleum has run a formalized graduate recruitment campaign selecting students nationwide since 2002. Successful graduates participate in the annual graduate trainee program that starts every July. Bleum's English Only Working Environment is also one of the most important reasons for new hires to join.
Some of the positions that we currently have on offer are:
• Software Development Engineer
• Software Test Engineer
• Support Engineer
Bleum’s Recruitment Process
1. The first step is to send in your resume.
2. You will then participate in Bleum’s Presentation & Logic Test.
3. If successful, you will receive an invitation for a face-to-face interview (make sure to bring your resume!)
4. After this, Bleum will extend an offer letter.
Preferred experience & qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above, major is unlimited.
• Passion to work in software industry.
• Strong problem analysis ability and logical thinking.
• A good team player and quick learner.
• Willing to pay attention to detail and take responsibility.
• Good English both in oral and written.
• Familiar with object-oriented analysis and design.
• Familiar with at least one object-oriented language.
• Knowledge about data structures, database, operating systems and computer networks.
