Program Objectives
ODP accelerates both technical and leadership development of entry-level talent to build our future Operations leaders of SABIC Innovative Plastics. ODP is a 2-year rotational program that allows members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training.
ODPs will be assigned to experience the following types of assignments during their program experience with consideration for technical development needs, availability of assignments, and personal preference:
- Compounding
- LEAN
- Six Sigma
- Sourcing
- Supply Chain
- Materials & Logistics
- Environnemental, Heath, and Safety
Program Introduction
ODP members will have the opportunity to learn about state of-the-art methods of manufacturing/operations through structured course work and practical application. Coursework includes: Project Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Change Acceleration Process, Six Sigma, Presentation Skills, and LEAN Manufacturing Operations. Members are also certified in Six Sigma.ODP is designed to successfully integrate manufacturing with other key business processes. Possible job rotations may include: leading a manufacturing team in production, quality, and key engineering projects with significant financial impact; driving process improvements in our Chemical Operation units; improving quality and production of products through LEAN/cost reduction. This combined experience positions ODP members for accelerated career growth.
Eligible Requirement
- Fresh graduates from universities or the candidate who has 1-2 years working experience in chemical manufacture.
- Bachelor or Master degree with major in Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical related.
- Excellent academic record and active in social activities or rich intern experience;
- Fluent in English.
- Interested in Manufacturing (Production / Quality / Engineering / Safety Management)

第一步：網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)
SABIC 公司通常會(huì)在校園宣講會(huì)開始前一個(gè)月左右, 希望同學(xué)們通過(guò)我們指定的渠道投遞簡(jiǎn)歷。
注意事項(xiàng)：
1. 在職位發(fā)布初期，由于申請(qǐng)同學(xué)很多，會(huì)造成網(wǎng)絡(luò)擁擠，請(qǐng)同學(xué)們盡量避開網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用高峰時(shí)段。
2. 希望同學(xué)們盡量早進(jìn)行網(wǎng)申，不要等到后過(guò)了截止日期，大部分得到面試機(jī)會(huì)的候選人均是在網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)的。
第二步：校園宣講會(huì)

第三步：簡(jiǎn)歷篩選
SABIC 公司人力資源部門通常會(huì)在網(wǎng)申開始7天后進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)歷的篩選工作，然后在宣講會(huì)后一至兩周內(nèi)通過(guò)電話/電子郵件通知經(jīng)過(guò)篩選的候選人來(lái)參加面試。
第四步：面試
SABIC 公司通常會(huì)在辦公室、酒店或?qū)W校組織面試，時(shí)間請(qǐng)等候電話通知。
注意事項(xiàng)：參加面試時(shí)，要著裝整潔、精神飽滿、充滿自信。面試官提問(wèn)時(shí)要認(rèn)真傾聽，回答問(wèn)題時(shí)要有的放矢、言之有物、條理清楚、重點(diǎn)突出，不要流水賬式的重復(fù)簡(jiǎn)歷中的內(nèi)容。應(yīng)該根據(jù)自己的經(jīng)歷和職位需要的專業(yè)技能和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的匹配程度，進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性地陳述。面試即將結(jié)束時(shí)，通常會(huì)有提問(wèn)時(shí)間。你向面試官提出的問(wèn)題，可以反映出信息準(zhǔn)備工作和對(duì)公司業(yè)務(wù)的了解是否充分，好的問(wèn)題可能留給面試官好的印象。
第五步：發(fā)放Offer
SABIC 公司通常會(huì)在面試后的十五至三十天內(nèi)向通過(guò)終面試的候選人發(fā)放offer。
