Responsibilities:
1. Collect documentation for vendor code set up and upload to share point:
2. Contract approval routing and filing
3. IR/DN match
By month end, quarter end, year end – make sure the invoice and delivery note should match. Otherwise, take actions to follow up.
4. Lab equipment delivery status update.
5. Supplier Classification with help from buyer.
6.Supplier Information collection and correction for the existing suppliers.
7. Supporting projects
Qualification:
Male preferred
Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics related (Bachelor or above)
Excellent English language skills, passed CET 6
Strong analytical skills and capability;
Problem-solving and teamwork;
