    Position HR Assistant
    Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
    -Provides clerical and administrative support to the HR Shared Services China (HRSSC) team
    -Clerical support to HRSSC colleagues in different functional areas such as compensation and benefits, global mobility and employee communications, etc.
    -Update and provision of general HR information and data, and maintenance of China HR website
    -Logistics support for various HR activities such as meetings, training, travels, visits and other events
    -Coordination and organization of employee services programs such as Cargill Service Award
    -iHR information update, including both local & expatriates.
    -Issue HR related certifications
    -Work independently on local employee residence permit’s application/renewal
    -Support Global Mobility team on permit application document preparation
    -Support Compensation & Benefits team on employees’ leave record
    Education, Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
    -Service oriented and a very good team player
    -Quick at learning and paying attention to accuracy and quality
    -Open and clear communication with others
    -Fluent written and spoken English
    -Skillful with Microsoft Office tools
    -Can ensure 4 days of attendance per week.
