Development Plan:
Direction - Operation (Production/Engineering), primarily focus on Production
PepsiCo(China) Ltd is delighted to offer excellent graduate a challenging and exciting 24 month Graduate Management Trainee Programin Guangzhou.The ManagementTrainee Program is committed to giving our target graduate a variety of experience within the company, structured on-the-job training and a comprehensive range of technical and personal development courses. Graduate will spend a period of time working in the areas of production, logistic, engineering, quality and planning. On completion of the program, the graduates will have the opportunity to develop into future leaderortechnical expert within the Company.
We are looking for outstanding graduate to join us:
Bachelor degree or above with major on Industrial Engineering/Engineering related/Chemistry / Food science / Food Engineering/ Biochemistry
Excellent English skill, preferably passed CET6
Scholarship owner, student activity leader preferred
Logical thinking &open minded,excellent leadership
Have great dream, but willing to be developed from the basic level and work under pressure
