Procurement Administration Specialist - Intern
Job Description:
1 Administration of Country, Company, Contract, Catalog, Supplier and Buyer ad
ministration (and others) for the Procurement Portfolio of applications for ma
inly Asia Pacific 16 countries and may extended to global countries.
2 Participate in and/or lead application deployment readiness efforts for new
countries and companies.
3 Participate in and/or lead User Acceptance Test and coordination under direc
tion of Process Manager and Project Development Team Lead.
4 Provide continued education to Procurement Application Support Center and cl
ients when necessary (i.e. deployments/releases).
5 Managing application contextual global and local help.
6 Maintain audit documentation for all configuration activities.
7 Raise problem reports using the Problem Track Record database when necessary
.
8 Work with GLOBAL procurement teams (Ops and Sourcing) to advise on how best
the portfolio can be used or advise how it can be enhanced to meet there needs
.
9 Manage updates to Administration and User Guides via documentation provided
by PDTL.
10 Be available for periodic shift rotations
Skill / Experience:
1 Good command in both spoken and written English
2 Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is a Must
3 Strong communication capabilities with strong ownership & accountability
4 Must be a quick learner, good team player and an effective problem-solver, s
elf-motivated; able to work independently,
5 Strong project management and supplier relationship management
6 Willing to work overtime during China holiday.
Qualification:
1 Bachelors Degree or above
2 English: CET-6 or above
3 Chinese simplified: Fluent
