The main missions of the role are to:

Monitor all the centralized servers (Windows, Unix, AS400, MVS) and the relatives applications.
集中監(jiān)控佛吉亞所有的主要服務(wù)器和相關(guān)的應(yīng)用。
Ensure correct functioning of servers and applications and if necessary correct and report each dysfunction.
確保服務(wù)器和應(yīng)用程序正常運(yùn)行，并且修復(fù)和報(bào)告每一問(wèn)題。
Monitor and correct dysfunctioning of all backup systems for all servers located in the different Data centres.
監(jiān)控和修復(fù)所有運(yùn)作在不同的數(shù)據(jù)中心的服務(wù)器的備份系統(tǒng)。
Update dashboard regarding alerts, ...
更新有關(guān)警報(bào)的報(bào)告...
Ensure the communication with global helpdesk and within Operations team (Europe, Africa, …)
確保能夠與全球各地的Helpdesk及在運(yùn)營(yíng)支持團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)保持有效溝通
Manage incident and provide a good quality of service according to the critically of the applications
管理突發(fā)事件，并且根據(jù)應(yīng)用的重要性及緊急程度提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)
Profile

Expertise or specific knowledge on:
專業(yè)或特定的技能：
- Windows Server Operating Systems (mandatory)
- Windows Server操作系統(tǒng)（必須）
- Network infrastructure (desirable)
- 網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施相關(guān)技能（優(yōu)先考慮）
- AIX or/and Linux systems (mandatory)
- AIX或/和Linux系統(tǒng)（必須）
Master Degree or Engineer Diploma in Information technology or vocational experience of the same value
信息技術(shù)專業(yè)的本科或碩士學(xué)位，或擁有同等職業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Good level of English speaking and writing
良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和寫作水平
Ability to communicate and work together with international teams
能夠與國(guó)際團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行良好溝通和合作
General IT-knowledge, Operation/supervision oriented
廣泛的IT知識(shí)，以運(yùn)營(yíng)為導(dǎo)向
This position reports directly to IT Operations Manager in Europe (dot line) and IT Project Manager in Asia (Solid line)
