Team Assistant職位描述:
Typical Responsibilities:
- Carry out confidential secretarial and administrative duties for senior management
- Monitor incoming mail/e-mail/phone calls, route or answer routine correspondence not requiring supervisor’s attention
- Liaise with managers and other staff to obtain and summarize information for special projects
- Develop appropriate systems, procedures and controls to enhance the accuracy, timeliness and presentation of the senior management’s work in their managerial and management reporting function
- Schedule appointments and coordinates arrangements for meeting and conference
- Maintain the diary, meetings, travel and accommodation as specified by the executive(s)
- Compose letters, reports, presentations and other documents according to supervisor’s instructions
- Maintain confidential records and filing of reports, correspondences and other related material for ease of retrieval
-Develop a sound knowledge of company policies
Typical Position Pre-requisites:
- College/University degree;
- 1-2 years’ experience in assistant positions in multinational companies;
- Good English language skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading);
- Good inter-personal and communication skills;
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and good problem solving skills;
- Proficiency in standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
