單位簡介:
艾毅教育機構(gòu)是中國一家獲得國際多元智能學會認證的,并且是亞洲有哈佛教育學院多元智能理論創(chuàng)始人霍華德?加德納教授作為獨立董事的幼兒早期教育機構(gòu)。其主要任務旨在將當代全球先進的早期教育體系與中國傳統(tǒng)教育的精華相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建一種與時俱進的體系。我們的目標是以現(xiàn)有的研究基礎進行實踐,創(chuàng)造活躍的、有支持力的學習環(huán)境,從而開發(fā)兒童的全部潛能。本機構(gòu)的主要創(chuàng)辦人員均是哈佛、耶魯和哥倫比亞等美國Ivy League(常青藤聯(lián)盟校)8所盟校的畢業(yè)生。事實上,我們用Ivy(常青藤)名義來表述我們的價值觀,即在教育上永遠追求卓越。目前艾毅有100多名成員,他們來自超過十個國籍和文化背景不同的國家,分布在不同領域,包括:教材研究、教師培訓及校園管理。艾毅能夠成為幼兒早期教育的者,離不開我們才華橫溢的艾毅團隊。目前艾毅教育機構(gòu)已在北京、成都、寧波等地開辦了多家幼兒園。
職責和責任:
將多元智能理論運用于課堂實踐
監(jiān)督并參與設計、創(chuàng)作和評估創(chuàng)新性活動,強化校園已有課程
為孩子們營造和維護安全、有利有益的環(huán)境
通過書面和口頭形式及時告知家長孩子在學校的表現(xiàn)
為學校的整體成功做出自己的貢獻,包括參加至少課外活動和其他的市場宣傳活動
遵守艾毅幼兒園和艾毅教育機構(gòu)各項規(guī)章制度
監(jiān)督并保持觀察、評估、記錄學生整個學年的成長和發(fā)展
提供和保持有很好的措施來保證孩子們在學校里平安健康成長
記錄學生個人和班級報告
協(xié)助完成非教學職責,例如學生午餐和休息時間的值班
參加員工業(yè)務和職業(yè)發(fā)展會議
為助教的工作提出建議
與園長和其他員工合作開發(fā)和維護學校的整體成功
管理班級預算,控制班級支出
確保班級材料和設備維持好的狀態(tài),存放有序并有效利用
開發(fā)并支持班級教學小組工作
協(xié)助完成教學小組的整體評估
協(xié)助園長了解班里員工的培訓需求
保持不斷提升專業(yè)技能,通過各種培訓機會、閱讀、參加交流等方式使自己在專業(yè)領域保持優(yōu)勢,和同事一起進步
任職資格:
1. 教育、培訓和工作經(jīng)歷要求:
正規(guī)大學教育專業(yè)畢業(yè),學前教育專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
兩年的幼兒園班長經(jīng)驗
母語為英語
接受過特殊教育培訓的優(yōu)先考慮,但不要求
了解多元智能理論(相關培訓由艾毅教育機構(gòu)提供)

對適合不同年齡段兒童的項目和發(fā)展需要有深刻的理解和認識
出色的教學能力
較強的領導和交流能力

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Applies Multiple Intelligences theory in classroom practice
Oversees and participates in the designing, creating, and assessing of innovative activities and enhancing our existing curriculum
Creates and maintains a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for children
Updates parents about their child’s experience at school in writing and in person
Contributes to the overall success of the school, including participates in at least one after school activity and other marketing events
Adheres to Ivy Academy and Ivy Group policies and procedures
Oversees and maintains the observation, assessment and recording of the students’ growth and development throughout the entire school year
Provides and maintains measures that will ensure child safety and welfare during school hours
Maintains classroom students’ individual and class journals
Assists with non-teaching duties such as lunch and rest duties
Attends staff operational and professional development meetings
Mentors Support Teachers
Collaborates with the Director and other staff members on developing and maintaining the overall success of the school
Manages classroom budget as well as monitors classroom purchases
Ensures classroom supplies and equipment are kept at appropriate operational levels, in good order, and are utilized effectively
Develops and supports classroom teaching team
Assists with the evaluation of classroom teaching team’s overall performance
Assists the Director in the identification of training needs of personnel within the classroom.
Maintains own professional expertise and stays on the cutting edge of own field through educational opportunities, reading, attendance at conferences, etc. Promotes same with colleagues.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education, Training and Experience
· Degree in Education from a recognized university, early childhood preferred
2 years of experience as a lead teacher in a kindergarten
Native English speaker
Special education training preferred, but not required
Understanding of Multiple Intelligences theory (to be provided by The Ivy Group)
2. Job Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge and awareness of age-appropriate programming and developmental needs of children
Excellent teaching skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience working with a variety of cultures and family dynamics
Bilingualism an asset (English and Mandarin)
Responsible, reliable, well-organized, flexible, team player
Considerable initiative and creativity required to provide an exciting, dynamic and positive educational experience for children
