GMT- General Function Program
公司為管理培訓(xùn)生提供包括實(shí)習(xí)在內(nèi)的全方位培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，包括不同崗位實(shí)習(xí)，亞太區(qū)培訓(xùn)學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)、崗位實(shí)踐、項(xiàng)目任務(wù)、教練輔導(dǎo)等，幫助管理培訓(xùn)生成為公司管理梯隊(duì)的中堅(jiān)力量。
Our company provides GMT a comprehensive training program, including internship in different positions, Asia-Pacific Academy training, job practices, project task and coaching to help the GMT become the backbone of the management team.

a) 2012年全日制應(yīng)屆大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)生及碩士畢業(yè)生
Bachelor or Master Degree to be graduated in 2012
b) 人力資源、經(jīng)濟(jì)類、法律、管理學(xué)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、機(jī)械工程、計(jì)算機(jī)、自動(dòng)化、電子、質(zhì)量管理、工業(yè)工程和電氣工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Major in Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, Management, Marketing, Mechanism, Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related.
c) 出色的學(xué)習(xí)能力，能夠在壓力下工作
Strong learning ability and willing to work under pressure

GMT-Technical Function Program
公司提供近1年半包括實(shí)習(xí)在內(nèi)的完善的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，包括不同崗位實(shí)習(xí)，公司與上海交大聯(lián)合授課培訓(xùn)、亞太區(qū)培訓(xùn)學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)，崗位實(shí)踐、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)踐、項(xiàng)目任務(wù)、教練輔導(dǎo)等，致力于培養(yǎng)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)生成為電梯研發(fā)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、安裝及維修的技術(shù)管理人才。
Our company provides GMT a comprehensive training program for 1.5 year, including internship in different positions, joint teaching training with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Asia-Pacific Academy training, job practices, field practices, project task and coaching to develop the GMT into the technical management talent on elevator’s R&D, installation, repair and maintenance.
