這次想要招的是FP&A部門（Finance Plan & Analysis）的intern。
上班地點(diǎn)：淮海中路嘉華中心。1號(hào)線8號(hào)線均可到。
FPA么平時(shí)主要還是就做budget，P&L analysis，forecast和MOR等工作。更多時(shí)候Intern是主要幫忙去refresh一些月度年度的forecast和P&L的表格，根據(jù)頭頭的要求做些不會(huì)很復(fù)雜的鏈接。剛開始做的時(shí)候可能會(huì)比較迷茫，不過時(shí)間長了基本了解了一些file的point之后還是蠻有章可循的。
部門目前有一個(gè)manager，兩個(gè)Senior Financial Analyst。（最近應(yīng)該還有3個(gè)headcount會(huì)招人的說）。頭頭是個(gè)巨牛的復(fù)旦經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)碩士，才工作兩年就升Ma了！部門里面的人都很nice啦~平時(shí)沒事情的時(shí)候你可以完全干你自己的事情，他們都不會(huì)說你的~和大多數(shù)財(cái)務(wù)部門一樣，月初月末會(huì)比較忙，月中會(huì)相對(duì)清閑。

We are currently looking for FPA Intern in Shanghai office START from the end of Feb 2012. Besides the chance to work in an WOFE Chemical company, outperforming intern with high potential will be our first choice of permanent hire after the internship and graduation.

Primary responsibility
1. Help FPA department with data collection and analysis
2. Communicate intern all and externally when necessary
3. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
1. Highly responsible and stick to confidentiality principle
2. Able to work under high pressure and multi-task conditions
3. Fluent and accurate English both written and spoken
4. Able to work at least three days a week
