Job Description
Position Title: IT Service Delivery, On Site Support - Level I
Grade: Intern
Position Location: Beijing
Reports to: IT Service Delivery, On Site Support Team Leader/Coordinator
Overall Purpose or Function of Position:
IT On Site Support is the second point of escalation for the resolution of cu
stomer PC related Incidents, requests or changes as per the established Servi
ce Level Agreements (SLA)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents.
• Good knowledge on programming.
• Perform hardware IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change).
• Staging of PCs.
• Hardware & software maintenance and support.
• Maintain Asset management.
• Coordinate with Service Desk for Break/Fix hardware repair.
• Active participation in regular staff meetings as coordinated by Team
Lead or Service Delivery manager
• Maintain working area to professional standards.
• Have a good understanding of the User support Processes and Procedure

• Comply with User support standard processes and procedures.
• Comply with Schlumberger QHSE and IT security policies
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager
Education Required:
Computer science or related student – formal 4 years university
Technical Skills Required:
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft PC applications.
• In-depth knowledge of PC hardware and software support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software inciden
ts.

Certifications:
• MCITP preferred
• Dell certification preferred (excluding countries were not feasible)
• CCNA preferred
Additional general requirements:
• Ability to write technical support documentation a plus
• Fluency in English
• Willing to work flexible hours when appropriate
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have a good understanding on Microsoft Active Directory, Servers a p
lus
• Have a good understanding on network (Ethernet, WIFI…) a plus
• Have a good understanding on security (PKI, VPN…), Preferred
Basic Time Required:
4 days per week for 6 months preferred.
