二、招聘崗位要求
1. Job Title: Software Engineer (軟件開(kāi)發(fā)工程師)
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for working in software product development which is used by our global customers. As a programmer at Trend Micro, you will help to design, develop, maintains, implements and update the code and software modules for our projects & products. You will work with minimal supervision on analysis task. You will participate in the definition of the lifecycle of software process and in code reviews.
Requirements:
BS, MS, or PHD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
Good programming experience in C/C++, Java on Windows, Linux or Unix
Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Coding skills in Python, Perl, JavaScript, database design and SQL, and/or knowledge of TCP/IP and network programming are a plus.
Mobile platform (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile) or Mac development experience is a plus.
Fluency in English (reading and writing).
· Has a strong passion for innovation. Can see problem in a unique view and come up with creative solutions.
2. Job Title: QA Engineer (軟件測(cè)試工程師)
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will design, create, document, implement and maintain test scripts for complex on-demand and integration and applications. You will be responsible for the testing job for Trend Micro’s product. To provide high quality service, during different phases in the product development life cycle, you have to inspect the requirements, join the design review, create test cases, execute different type of tests by automation or manually.
Requirements:
BS, MS, or PHD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
Good programming experience in C/C++ , Java on Windows, Linux or Unix
Coding skills in Python, Perl, knowledge of TCP/IP and network programming are a plus.
Network QA knowledge or software testing experience is a plus.
Fluency in English (reading and writing).
· Has a strong passion for innovation. Detail oriented and logical thought process.
3. Job Title: Support Specialist (技術(shù)支持工程師)
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-performed technical support timely by handling complicated cases reported from our global customers. On a daily basis, you will be responsible to identify, investigate and troubleshooting the product/environment problems, co-working with front-line/backend escalation team to resolve the issues. You will be responsible for product testing, training and on-site support if necessary.
Requirements:
BS, MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
Good knowledge/experience in Windows/Linux and Networking perspective;
Good sense of troubleshooting, hands-on experience is a plus;
Fluency in English (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
Passion in customer service, fast-learning and willing to communicate
MSCE or CCNA is an advantage
4. Job Title: Front End Engineer (前端工程師)
Responsibilities:
· Development of the presentation layer for software application
· Work closely with UX/UI designers, Product managers, and engineers in a development team that is highly collaborative.
· Exercise innovation in support of UI design and heuristics in server and client side web development to enhance the overall user experience.
· Developing production-level code as well as proof-of-concepts and prototypes.
· Act as a technical resource for front-end UI technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and cross-browser strategies.
Requirements:
· BS or MS in Computer related field. Preferred for user interface design field or familiar with UX.
· Has a strong passion for user interface/experience design.
· Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
· Excellent communication and team interaction skills.
· Experience with creating graphics with related tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Inkscape, CorelDraw, 3DMAX, FLASH etc.)
· Interest in latest trends and emerging technologies on the web.
· Fluency in English (reading and writing).
· Knowledge of DHTML, Ajax/JavaScript, XML, JSON & web services API. (Preferred)
· Professional knowledge with any major JavaScript framework (YUI, Dojo, jQuery, MooTools, etc.) (Preferred)
· Experience with multi-language UI design. (Preferred)

問(wèn)題: 與其他跨國(guó)公司研發(fā)中心相比,趨勢(shì)科技中國(guó)研發(fā)中心有什么不同?
答: 1)我們是一個(gè)Corporate level的研發(fā)中心, 因?yàn)槲覀冮_(kāi)發(fā)的產(chǎn)品和從事的項(xiàng)目全部是全球性的, 也就是說(shuō), 我們研發(fā)中心完成的產(chǎn)品是可以讓世界上千萬(wàn)人使用的, 而不是單獨(dú)為中國(guó)市場(chǎng)或亞太區(qū).
2)我們工程師可以接觸到公司核心技術(shù)和開(kāi)發(fā)流程. 而不是邊緣技術(shù)或UI的開(kāi)發(fā)或本地化工作.當(dāng)然,每個(gè)人都將接受嚴(yán)格的培訓(xùn)之后才能從事研發(fā)工作.
