應聘者須符合以下條件：
1、英語專業(yè)，本科以上畢業(yè)；口語流暢，發(fā)音標準； 英語專業(yè)四級以上；
2、性格開朗，工作有激情，能承受工作壓力，吃苦耐勞，良好的親和力，善于與學生溝通交流；
3，熟悉少兒英語教學（有一年以上幼少兒英語教育經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先）；能鉆研少兒心理學，了解兒童心理特征； 能夠靈活地駕馭各種教材，并采用科學多樣的教學方法進行授課。制定有效的個性化教學計劃；
4，定期跟學生家長對學生在校學習、表現(xiàn)情況進行深入交流，做好教學經(jīng)營； 有較強的教學鉆研能力與組織能力；
5，積極配合推廣課程和市場活動，并完成主管交付的其他臨時性工作。

ChildFirst is a high-end bilingual (English and Chinese) kindergarten chain in China wholly owned by a leading
Singapore education company. ChildFirst currently has an opening for a full time native EFL teacher to be stationed in Chongqing *, China. This person is part of a team responsible for the teaching of English to ChildFirst kindergarten children (3-6 years old) based on the EFL curriculum developed and provided by ChildFirst.

* Chongqing is a modern and the largest city in China and is the starting point of the famous three gorges tour.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the teaching of English to ChildFirst kindergarten children (3-6 years old) based on the EFL
curriculum developed and provided by ChildFirst
- Organize festive activities for ChildFirst children and parents such as Halloween, Christmas, and Easter etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Standard English pronunciation
- Relevant EFL teaching experience
- Pleasant personality
- Likes children and well liked by children
- Computer literacy
- Experience in kindergarten teaching a big advantage
- TEFL certificate a big advantage
