Development and Training Opportunities
Recruited candidates will be provided with a tailor-made training plan according to their individual qualification and target position, with possible job rotations. Upon satisfactory completion of first 6 months onboarding in BASF Shanghai Coatings Co., Ltd., candidates will be sent to attend an overseas training program for 12 months.
