olutions Shanghai R&D Center was formed in 2005, expanded quickly with the con
tinuous growth of the security business in China, and now has more than 150 ta
lented professionals and specialists in security engineering.
Honeywell Security Solutions R&D is now offering intern opportunities for vide
o project engineering test and development support.
Job description:
1) Test video quality and performance;
2) Follow the existing process to test functions of video products, and help d
eveloper locate defects;
3) Improve test process and test cases;
4) Operate various video security products and maintain test platform;
5) Help do competitive analysis with other products.
Capability requirements:
1. 1st and 2nd year post-graduate students for Master degree, major in CS, EE
, Automation or equivalent are preferred;
2. Working at least 3 days a week for at least 6 months is a must;
3. Familiar with Television Theory or Image Processing is preferred. Familiar
with Video Coding Algorithms (H.264, MPEG-4, etc.) is a plus;
4. Knowledge and experience in software test plan or test case design is a plu
s;
5. Familiar with TCP/IP communication or Linux operation and csh/bash is a plu
s.
More than 20 shuttle bus routes operate daily between all around Shanghai city
(including SJTU,ECNU Minhang Campus) and R&D Center in Zhangjiang.
