    Responsibilities:
    Process operations: planning and managing survey operations to ensure the timely collection of reliable and trustworthy data, coordinating with local process owners to ensure process operation, building analyses used to report status and progress to senior and executive management.
    Process implementation: gaining internal alignment and agreement on new deployments, developing and improving materials that describe each process deployment, structuring and creating training materials, building and implementing deployment plans.
    Implementation of new technology platform: defining the requirements, evaluating potential external and internal solutions/suppliers, selecting a final solution/supplier and managing subsequent setup and deployment.
    Requirement:
    1.Marketing, Business Administration or English major is preferred
    2.Exposure to customer experience management or market research techniques and technologies an advantage but not compulsory.
    3.working days each week at least. Full-time is better.
    4.Good English communication skills.
    5.Good master of MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
