Maintenance Assistant職位描述：
Job Duties：
To be responsible for handling all account opening/amendment/ closing according to guidelines and related regulations and related account maintenance and maintenance clean up.
To ensure all require documentation have been properly completed and obtained before opening of new accounts and updating a/c information.
To perform maintenance related to Phone banking and Internet banking service to new/ existing customers.
To scan customer account’s signature specimen to the HUB system and keep maintenance.
To perform GWIS operation covering batch arrangement， document scanning， reconciliation， filing， etc.
Other operation related tasks.
Job Requirement：
Bachelor degree（recognized by the state） or above
Solid knowledge on RBWM operations and products
Good understanding of local rules and regulations and internal guideline
Strong sense of responsibility
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Good written and spoken English
