    通用汽車(中國)國際運營部招聘HR Intern
    工作地點位于浦東金橋,有班車。
    實習(xí)時間為每周至少三天,能夠持續(xù)六個月。
    英語專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
    2013年畢業(yè)的研究生或本科生優(yōu)先。
    I. Background Information
    Position Title: HR Intern
    Reports to: IO regional OD and Learning Professional
    Function/Department: HR Department, GMIO HQ
    Location: Shanghai, China
    II. Responsibilities
    Support supervisor in the following areas:
    Learning
    • Communications with Global Learning Team on a regular basis to understand new learning products and tools
    • Sharing sessions with country Learning contacts on New Learning Products/Tools, Lessons Learned, Best Practice, New Ideas etc
    • Coordinate between Global Learning team and IO country managers on specific local needs
    • Coordinate “Leading in the Todays GM” rollout in IOHQ & China and the entire IO region
    • Arrange logistics of training programs – room, equipment, meals etc
    Change Management
    • Support various change management projects within IO.
    • Support logistics of the OD projects (prepare materials, data collection & collection,
    • Sharing sessions with IO country change management contacts on Tools, Ideas, Best Practice
    Talent Acquisition
    • Communicate with Global Learning on a regular basis to understand new learning products and tools
    • Arrange share sessions with Country Learning Contacts to introduce new learning products/tools
    • Provide support to country TA contacts for Global OAP
    • Work as IO representative for the global TA projects
    • Share Best Practices and Lessons Learned within IO
    III. Knowledge, Skills, Experience
    Knowledge
    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant major
    • Some understanding of Change Management/OD
    Experience and Skills
    • Strong bilingual capability in written English and Chinese
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Good project management skills to manage logistics, tasks & deadlines assigned
    • Highly efficient and organized
    • Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PPT, and Internet etc.
    • Attention to detail – able to produce reports, letters, etc. without mistake
    • Able to work in diversified culture environment
    • Take initiative and self - starter
