Receptionist (Intern for 6 months)
    Office: Roland Berger Beijing Office
    Key Responsibilities:
    Receive, direct and relay telephone message and fax message;
    Receive visitors and notify related people. Manage employee name card / entry badge..
    Update telephone list on company intranet;
    Provide Admin support, including travel arrangement, hotel reservation, birthday party, birthday gift....;
    Select/Manage/Pay vendors for express service, stationary....
    Meeting Supports: including meeting arrangement, meeting minutes, service star and other reorganizations.
    Provide other admin support.
    May convert to full-time employee if performance is good
    QUALIFICATION:
    Education
    College Degree or above
    Cultural/Language
    Excellent Written and oral English
    Other requirement
    Logic thinking
    Interpersonal skills
    Communication & coordination skills
    Positive attitude to support others
    Can work at least 3 days per week
    Can start soon
