1. HR& Admin (DNEA)
Duration of internship: 6 months (full-time)
Preferred starting date: ASAP
Brief Description of Assignment:
- Coordinate the small facility maintenance & repairing;
- Handle document work and update the layout database;
- Support EHS supervisor for management of key & door access card.
Qualification Requirement:
- Be familiar with AutoCAD;
- Be familiar with MS Office;
- Good English both in oral and written.
2. HRS/PN (DNEA)
Duration of internship: 6 months (full-time)
Preferred starting date: ASAP
Brief Description of Assignment:
- Responsible for training event management (training room set-up, training facility check, etc.)
- Evaluation data consolidation after the program.
- Reply to email in the public mailbox.
- Support training document management.
- Assist in the other administrative work.
Qualification Requirement:
- Major in HRM, BA or English language.
- Good at communication and self-management, always with clear and logic thinking.
- Detail oriented and proficient in MS software, especially Excel and PPT.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Internship experience in MNC is a plus.
3. HR S/ PV (DNEA)
Duration of internship: 6 months (full-time)

Brief Description of Assignment:
Job Summary:
Daimler is a shareholder of different Joint Ventures in China with focus on research & development of electric vehicles as well as production, sales and after sales of cars and vans. Those JVs have their own HR teams. To support local HR as well as Expats on Management positions, the HR JV Support China team provides support for all HR topics and builds the interface to the German HR organizations in our Headquarter and plants.
- Assist in HR tasks/ projects to support the HR department in Daimler JVs, such as HR Development, HRM system, employee handbook, HR policies & procedures etc.
- Coordinate Daimlers “Leadership Evaluation and Development (LEAD)” cycle for Daimler Expats in JVs, such as document preparation, data collection and analysis, organization of leadership conferences.
- Provide administrative support to the HR JV team as needed.
- Other tasks upon request by supervisor.
Qualification Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Attention to detail in composing, typing and checking materials, establishing priorities and deadlines.
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using variety of computer software applications, especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoin.
