Manufacturing Testing Development Engineer職位描述：
* Major Job Responsibilities
Develop manufacturing testing processes for automotive electronic products.
- Plan, budget, and design manufacturing test hardware (PXI, IPC and fixture…) and software (Teststand, LabVIEW, Lab/CVI), following Bill Of Test in manufacturing plant.
- Standardized work of product development and design documentation.
Conduct DFM activity (Design For Manufacturing)
- During product design phase, define product interface for manufacturing test.
- Check the product functions and work with product design team to fix design issues.
- Make sure ME EE and SW’s design meet production requirement.
Communication
- Efficient communication and with product engineering team
- Well cooperating with launch team for new project introduce in plant.
Support build
- Represent manufacturing in design center, support design verification and process verification build in plant.
* Hard Skill Requirement:
- B.S. or Higher Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science
- Experienced in National Instrument test system (PXI/PCI system) and National Instrument software (LabVIEW, LabwindowsCVI, Teststand)
- Experienced in the manufacturing test development.
- Familiar with Automobile communication protocol including (CAN, Keyword, Class 2)
- Familiar with Instrument Communication (GPIB, UART, IIC)
- Knowledge/sense of Electronic product on following area:
- Electrical Engineering design
- Software Engineering design
- Mechanical Engineering design
* Soft Skill requirement
- Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required
- Good understanding of audio, telecommunication, and consumer electronics products will be an added advantage
- With task and project planning skill
- With positive people interface attitude
