Touch Screen Application Engineer Intern

Job Description:
Texas Instruments (TI) Touch Screen Application Shanghai team defines, develops and validates capacitive touch screen solution stacks for smartphones / tablets based on TIs cutting edge touch screen technologies. We are looking for highly motivated application engineer interns to join our engineering team. It will be an exciting opportunity to be part of the global team working to develop innovative touch screen solutions in the marketplace. In this position, you will be responsible of touch screen panel design, validation, performance optimization, firmware coding and debugging and Linux/Android/Windows driver development on a variety of smartphone / tablet platforms.
Qualifications:
1. Electronic Engineering or Computer Sciences, or related majors
2. Experience with Linux/Android/Windows drivers and applications development
3. Solid C/C language, Java/C# is a plus
4. Extensive physics knowledge and strong skills in circus analysis
5. Experiences on ARM or other embedded microcontroller development
6. Experience on I2C, SPI, RS232 and other MCU related interfaces
7. Experience in capacitive touch screen projects is a big plus
8. Experience in web site development is a plus
9. Fluent in English and Chinese both verbal and written
10. Self starter with the passion of engineering tasks
11. Ability to work more than three days per week.
