ETI現(xiàn)招聘實習生從事IBM中間件（DB2,Websphere）性能優(yōu)化相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究和開發(fā)工作。ETI是IBM中國開發(fā)中心從事新興技術(shù)研發(fā)的搖籃，所招聘的同學將有機會與IBM中國開發(fā)中心的技術(shù)帶頭人一起在IBM的前沿的課題上進行研發(fā)工作。優(yōu)秀的畢業(yè)生將來會有機會被IBM優(yōu)先錄用。
Job Scope:
NGS (Next Generation System) team aims to do deep performance analysis and tuning of IBM critical middlewares on IBM system. We are working with worldwide technical leader specialized in system performance and people from Brand teams. The responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:
1. Setup and monitor the runtime environment (AIX / WebSphere Application Server / DB2 ) for performance test.
2. Setup and maintain the shell automation script for performance test.
3. Initial analysis of the performance result and fix configuration issues.
4. Logging and documentation.
Required skills:
Solid programming skill (C/C /Java),
General operating system knowledge (Windows/Linux), Shell scripting.
Experience in multithreaded programming is a big plus,
Experience in performance tuning is a big plus,
Experience in IBM product (WAS / DB2) is a big plus,
Self-motivated team player with good communication skills,
Quick learner with strong passion for new technologies.

Beijing Ring
