Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain material supply process and procedure. Focus on continual improvement.
• Monitor material order processing status and follow up with on time delivery.
• Develop alternative sources of material supply for contingency to avoid interruption to production.
• Track and evaluate suppliers performance (OTD, quality, service, etc.) and prepare periodic report.
• Support warehousing & storage management to achieve optimal logistics.
• Coordinate with production planner to assure the material supply in sync with production planning.
• Providing recommendations or solutions to material supply related problems.
• Supply activity optimization and opportunity of improvement Coordinate with Production team on material transportation and import process

Educational Qualifications:
• -University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Economics or similar fields.
Experience Qualifications:
• Familiar with material or production planning and inventory control and MRP concept and logistic activities and processes of purchasing, receiving, storing and shipping is preferred
• Good problem solving and decision making skill based on rational thinking
• Good Command of Verbal and Written English
• Honest and Hardworking, Sense of responsibility
• Customer and service orientated
• Act with sense of urgency in addressing business issues
• Positive attitude and initiative
