Global Decision Science (GDS) Team, as part of GE Capital, is providing off shore advanced analytical service to Marketing and Risk function mainly in both consumer finance (branded as GE Money in several markets) and commercial finance business within GE Capital. We excel in the analytical work of Predictive Analytics, Portfolio Segmentation, Model Development, Strategy Design, Portfolio Analysis, MIS/Dashboards, Consulting and etc.
關于Business Analyst：
The Business Analyst position, recruited in the GDS team, could be a key entry point for future analytics and/or business leaders within GE Capital. At this position, you will have the opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of Risk/Marketing management and analytics techniques. Exposure could include statistical modeling and portfolio strategy development etc.

工作職責：
Work with manager to provide analytical support to GE Capital business:
• Use statistical tools to identify drivers of growth, losses, profitability of consumer portfolios, and to highlight business issues and opportunities.
• Translate business problems into statistical ones, build and manage projects to utilize statistical tools to develop and implement actionable business solutions.
• Develop new modeling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to assess model performance.
崗位要求：
• Minimum BS degree (Master Degree preferred) in disciplines with strong quantitative background, e.g. Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Natural Sciences, Economics, Management Science, Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills including fluent English and ability to organizing thoughts and articulate them.
• Strong analytical aptitudes including broad skills in data manipulation, in-depth statistics knowledge in the area such as regression and clustering etc.
• Motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, professional and diligent.
