Job Title: Support Engineer (intern) - Cloud Service Center Chengdu PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE SAP Cloud Service Center delivers remote services to Business ByDesign and LoB onDemand customers globally to help them adapt OnDemand solutions for their business needs. With proven remote delivery model, global coverage and extensive experience, we help customer to increase value of their onDemand solutions and to lower TCO. Our service portfolio includes forms, reports, UI, field extensions and integration. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT) - Deliver technical implementation for OnDemand solutions based on customer requirements. - Use remote delivery models to deliver services to customers globally. - Collaborate with internal and external parties to clarify customer requirements. - Ensure high quality solution that meet customer business requirements. - Deliverables to customers include integration, reports, UI, scripts and workflows. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE) Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Information System Management, or related fields. SKILLS - Able to write programs/scripts such as shell script, Tcl, PERL, or Java - Good knowledge of UNIX / Linux a plus. - Ability to write good SQL a plus. - Good communication skills - Fluent English, written and oral. Additional languages will be a plus.
