Responsibilities
70% Administration Job:
1. Organize monthly birthday party
2. Car booking and arrangement
3. Machine maintenance
4. Meeting room arrangement
5. Verify the arrival time of staff every morning and record. Submit lateness report to HR dept on monthly basis
6. Company supplier management
7. To irregularly handle book-keeping for Finance Department
30% Reception Job:
8. To Answer the phone with proper attitude
9. To greet persons visiting organization
10. To tidy and maintain the reception area
Requirements
1.College graduate
2.Experience in reception or administration preferred
3.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
4.Proficient in PC applications
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6.Well organized, attentive to detail, and able to work independently
