Job Summary:
The young talent pregramm is targeting at high caliber fresh graduates or graduated young talents, the duration of which is 12-18 months and the selected YTs will rotate to different departments to help get the deep insight of the company business, afterwards the YTs have opportunities to obtain positions from different departments.
Requirements:
University degree or above, Marketing/IT discipline prefered
1+ year internship/ working experience
English Fluent ,have good computer skills and analytical skills
Self-disciplined and highly flexible, self-motivated and dynamic
With quick learning ability, team spirit and pleasant personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
