Location: Shanghai Xinzhuang (shuttle bus provided)
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
- Provide supports to Learning & Development team on daily operation
Responsibility:
- Support for training program implementation
- Training data tracking
- Documentation for L&D team
- Supporting Employer Branding function on operational works, such as activity coordination and arrangement, etc..
- Supporting HR project teams, such as Management Trainee, Employer Branding, etc..
- Other daily operational works in L&D team
Requirements:
- Intern experience at MNC
- Good English skills
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Detailed oriented
- At least four days per week
