職位描述及要求：
1Help to improves manufacturing methods.prepare instruction for production
2Help to analyzes and plans , space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency;
3. Help to confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods;
4. Help to confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards;
5. Help to confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities and other considerations to facilitate production processes;
6. Help to applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose Wuhan operation assigned by N 1 manager or the General Manager.
