    2 人力資源部門實習(xí)生 (專業(yè)不限) Responsibility: - Support with interview arrangement; - Assist expatriate and Chinese staff with registration, visa and apartment rental. - Maintain websites and internet and intranet information including recruitment advertisement, company news update etc; - In charge of personnel information and document management; - Prepare presentations and translation; - Support HR team with other daily work; Requirement: - Excellent English, both in written and oral; - Good knowledge of Windows NT, MsOffice (esp. Word & Power Point) - Good communication skill and organization capability; - Have strong wish to step into HR career 一周可工作3天以上,大三、大四保研或者研一研二的同學(xué)優(yōu)先。 3 IT部門實習(xí)生 (專業(yè)不限) Job Responsibilities: 1. Set-up and install new computer hardware and software. 2. Instruct end users in basic techniques for printing, e-mail and other network systems. 3. Provide help desk support and troubleshooting for network telephone and computer system. 4. Responsible for the IS Help Desk Requests, to include weekly status updates to management and staff. 5. Responsible for daily data backup and routine network system maintenance.
    Requirements: 1. College degree, major in technical information, computer science or similar discipline. 2. Helpdesk and trouble shooting skills are essential. 3. Good English skills both in written and spoken. CET-4. 4. Strong sense of responsibility and team work, good communication skills.
