Planner職位描述：
Qualifications:
1. Strong business sense, Accountability, self motivated
2. Proficient in excel and good analytical skills
3. Excellent communication skills & oral English under cross-culture& high pressure
4. 2+ year planning experience preferably in assembly environment;
5. Familiar with Standard Operation Procedures
Key Responsiblities:
1. Create detail production planning on weekly and daily basis aligning with the master planning schedule (MPS) as per confirmed sales order or forecast
2. Maintain and optimize the production planning with balance the material availability, capacity utilization (workforce, equipment, method) and shipment schedule to meet the customer request on time and keep the production in efficient way
3. Attend the production daily meeting to follow up the work order progress and coordinate related functions (procurement, quality, engineer) to fix any issue with likely influence the work order completed on time
4. Register the work order operation reporting in Oracle system, generate the production report on production lead time, on time rate and efficiency and take responsibility organize resources to improve it
5. Do the work order receipt confirmation or closing, support to the stock taking on production WIP, analyze material variance and the operation scrap on work order
6. Identity the risk/problems, do the escalation in time to solve the problem before it significantly impact the supply chain
7. Drive OTD against promise and OTD against request
8. Focus on order fulfillment & Inventory Control detail; work with buyer to implement pull in, push out, cancellation, etc
9. Close monitoring the inventory level to make sure quarter and inventory meet the target
