1.Main Responsibilities:
    Assist Human Resource Manager for handling day-to-day administrations works and assigned tasks.
    *Filing:
    -Filing of documents
    -Data entries into Human Resources Information System
    -Setting up of new employee file.
    *Letter Preparation
    -Prepare offer letters, probation confirmation letters, work certificates, invitation letter for Visa application, etc
    -Liaise with Fesco for on-site support.
    -Raise payment request through system
    *Recruitment:
    -Check, record and print incoming applications;
    -Pre-select the candidates according to the job description and recommend to HR manager;
    -Coordinate with candidate for interview arrangement and book meeting room as well as deliver the interview result to the candidates;
    -Support on Campus Recruitment liason.
    *Other tasks:
    -Assist in welfare maintenance;
    -Support on harmonization activities and related paper work;
    -Carry on other tasks assigned by the HR manager.

    3. Main Requirements:
    Good written and spoken English
    Good communication skills
    Hard-working, capability to learn fast, meticulous, sense of confidentiality
    Team-work oriented
    Good organization skill
    Educational background: Bachelor or Master
    6 months internship, 5 days per week is requested
