Objective of Job:
This role is responsible for supporting APAC SCM quality team in repair work f
ollowing up and TCR claims checking. This includes following up and collect da
ily repair information , push and make VPC repair as schedule; push VPC to mak
e spare parts ordered in time; coordinate to make VPC to get spare parts in ti
me; collect and check TCR claims. This position will incorporate business inte
lligence and dialogue with customers.
Task description:
1）Follow up and collect daily repair information; Push and make Dealer Xinjia
repair vehicles as schedule.
2）Coordinate to make Xinjia to get spare parts in time.
3）Push and make Xinjia to make spare parts ordered in time.
4）Collect and check T-CR claims.
5）Collect or seek Pre-loading survey report & send pre-alert to survey compan
y to do FPR.
Qualifications:
1）Skills - General Skills
Good analytical and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external
customer.
Excellent skills working with Microsoft Office application.
2）English communication skill in both written and oral
3）Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office 2010, Word, Excel, Power poin
t, etc.
4）Bachelor degree or equivalent. Auto Major is a plus.
