Responsibilities:
- Assist HR department with daily work
- Mainly support HR Manager with Compensation and Benefit functions
- Provide support work relates to Employment Relations
- Gain hands on experience with overall HR function
- Dealing with data collection and analysing
- Documentation and drafting
Requirment:
- Fluent in English in both spoken and written forms
- Available for at least 3-4 days a week
- Good communication skills with open mind
- Motivated, passionate and keen to learn
- Prefer Master Degree
