（1）Terms of Payment：（付款條件）
The Buyer shall open， through a bank accept by both parties， an irrevocable ， transferable and divisible Letter of Credit， in favor of the Seller， payable at sight against first presentation of shipping documents to the Bank of_________. The covering L/C must reach the Seller before_______ and remain valid in _________ until the 15th days （inclusive） from the date of shipment.
賣方于成交后，通過______銀行開出以賣方為抬頭的不可撤銷的、可轉讓和分割信用證，賣方在貨物裝船啟運后憑本合同交貨條款所列的單據(jù)在開證行議付貨款。裝運前15天_____日期前，賣方須收到信用證。

To be affected by the Seller covering 110% of invoice value.
由買方負責，按銷售貨價的110%作為保險賠償額。

Each packing shall be stenciled conspicuously port of destination， packing number， gross and net weights， measurement and the shipping mark shown above.
每件貨物外包裝上應刷上到貨口岸、件號、每件毛重及凈重、尺碼及列嘜頭。

The Seller shall present the following documents after shipped.
賣方須裝運后遞交以下文件。
① Full sets of clean on Board ocean Bills of Lading made out to order and blank endorsed marked “Freight Prepaid”， notify applicant.
全套清潔已裝船的海運提單、空白抬頭、空白背書，注明“運費預付”，通知開證申請人。
②signed commercial invoice in duplicate.
已簽署的商業(yè)發(fā)票一式兩份。
