POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Data Analyst Internship
Business Line: Information Product Solutions
Reports to: China Survey Operations Leader
Location: Shanghai, China
Level: --
Primary Role/Objective
The position supports the delivery of compensation reports to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. This is a demanding position that requires delivering under challenging conditions.
Key responsibilities:
Support Data Analyst to deliver standardized and customized reports using proprietary software tools
Conduct survey testing and peer view, data verification and acceptance testing
Support multiple assignments concurrently
Requirements:
Candidates need to exhibit the following:
University student completing a degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science/IT
Acquired experience in Word and Excel
Experience of VB/VBA and database is an advantage
Candidates should also display the following attributes:
Attention to details and able to deal with large quantity of number
Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, writing)
Conscientious of time and quality
Effective communication and team work
Time management skills and able to work in multiple tasks concurrently
Individual must be highly motivated and able to work independently
