Job Description
1. Support office daily operation
2. Translate English documentations.
3. Organize events and trainings such as the annual meeting
4. Assist the business development unit in meeting their objectives
5. Ensure the good communication with companys sales agents and consultants
6. Prepare materials for the meeting with client.
7. Organize and manage documentations
8. Perform public relations functions
Requirements
1. Education background: College student; marketing or PR related major is preferable.
2. Good English skill both in oral and writing; above CET-6.
3. Basic computer skill with Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
4. Capability of problem solving and issue coordination
5. Good communication skill.
6. Hard and careful working, honest and team-player.
