Mercer IPS Intern Recruitment (Shanghai)
Primary Objective
The position supports the delivery of C&B reports to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. This is a demanding position that requires delivering under challenging conditions. High caliber candidates may be offered a full time position upon graduation.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support consultants to deliver standardized and customized reports
2. Support multiple assignments concurrently
3. Collect/check/analysis Compensation & Benefit data
4. Answering clients queries regarding products and usage of online tools etc.
5. Support in operational duties
6. Translation work
We highly welcome excellent university students. Candidates need to exhibit the following attributes:
1. Attention to details and able to deal with large quantity of data
2. Conscientious of time and quality
3. Effective communication and team work
4. Time management skills and able to work in multiple tasks concurrently
5. Individual must be highly motivated and able to work independently
6. Good phone etiquette
Proficient in the following have advantage:
1. English skill (speaking, reading, writing)
2. Microsoft Excel and other office series
3. VB/VBA and database
4. Junior student (大學(xué)三年級(jí)) preferred
Internship period
3 days per week minimum
6 months at least from January
