1. Senior Software Engineer for Encounter Hier Solution
Position Description:
1.The candidate will be a member of the Encounter Hier Solution team in Shangh
ai, to work on the development and maintenance of Hier Solution project.
2.The responsibilities include development of new features and products, and s
upport other teams in Encounter product lines.
3.The candidate must be comfortable working with existing code as well as deve
loping new functionality to address new requirements, and be working closely w
ith local/remote team members, and be also strong technical support to team.
Requirements:
1.Candidate must be an expert in software engineering methods and committed to
high quality of development work.
2.The individual must be team-oriented, possess good communication skills, sel
f-motivated, able to work independently and working with a team from multiple
remote sites.
3.Candidate must be able to develop detailed technical specification as well a
s the ability to scope efforts required.
4.The candidate must be also smart to capture new EDA technologies, and switch
among different areas successfully.
5.Advanced developing and debugging software in UNIX & LINUX environments, fam
iliar with gnu c/c , gdb etc..
6.Strong problem-solving, architecture, algorithmic.
7.Familiar with interpreted language such as TCL is a plus.
8.Knowledge of Timing analysis is a plus.
9. PHD or good Master candidate
2. Senior Software Engineer for CTS
Position Description:
1. R&D engineer to do the clock tree synthesis related works (product maintain
, software development, design flow improvement etc.)
Requirements:
1.MS or PhD in EE/CS etc.
2.Excellent programming skills (C/C , script)
3.The following background is preferred: EDA, IC physical design, CTS, Timing
analysis, Optimization.
4.Good written and spoken English
5.Good communication skills and be able to work within a team.
3.Senior Software Engineer for Modeling
Position Description
1.Seeking software engineer to develop and debug software addressing Design fo
r Manufacturability (e.g., lithography, CMP)
Requirements
1.Candidate must be familiar with software engineering methods and committed t
o high quality of development work. The individual must be team-oriented, poss
ess good communication skills, self-motivated, able to work independently and
working with a team from multiple remote sites. Candidate must be able to deve
lop detailed technical specification as well as the ability to scope efforts r
equired.
2.B.S. In CS, EE, or equivalent fields with competency in object-oriented lang
uage programming
3.Strong analytical skills, systematic thinking, and problem-solving minded; c
an work creatively and independently on a larger scale problem set
4.Industry experience in programming or PE (scripting) work related to geometr
y-based signoff tools such as DRC and RCE
5.Exposure to lithography and/or CMP technology, lithography-related and/or CM
P EDA tools is preferable
4. Senior Engineer for flipchip route
Position Description
1.This position is for a R&D engineer to assist in development of detailed rou
te in flipchip design.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting a
nd debugging software programs of routing flow and related algorithms.
Position Requirements
1.The candidates should have strong software programming skill with C/C on L
inux/Unix platform.
2.Strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and is able to demonstr
ate good analysis and problem solving skills
3.EDA software development experience or IC design knowledge, especially in ba
ckend and flipchip design.
4.Know basic routing algorithms.
5.Good English communication skill, both oral and written.
5. Senior software Engineer for Encounter Floorplan
Position Description
1.The candidate will be a member of the Encounter floorplan team in Shanghai,
to work on the development and maintenance of manual Floorplan project.
2.The responsibilities include the develop of new features and products, and s
upport other teams in Encounter product lines.
3.The candidate must be comfortable working with existing code as well as deve
loping new functionality to address new requirements, and be working closely w
ith local/remote team members, and be also strong technical support to team.
