Motor Control Research Engineer 馬達(dá)控制研發(fā)工程師
- Overall Responsibilities:
• Analyze market (China) and technology trends to develop product/technology
roadmap, and to develop an R&D strategy, plan, and a team to execute the program.
- Expected Technical Skills:
• Power electronics circuit analysis and design
• Motor control theory and development, including vector control or DTC etc.
• Familiar with PMSM, BLDC, Induction, or SR motor control development
• Transient analysis of synchronous and induction motors
• Experience in real-time software/hardware design.
• Experience in simulation with Saber, Matlab Simulink etc.
- Requirements:
• MS or PhD degree from top university in Power Electronics area
• Work/project experience in any of the following fields: Electric Vehicle Motor Drive,
General Inverter (or VFD/VSD), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS) etc.
• Overall Network skill, team working skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Fluency in English is a MUST
