Electric Vehicle Research Engineer 電動汽車研發(fā)工程師
- Overall Responsibilities:
• Analyze market (China) and technology trends to develop product/technology
roadmap, and to develop an R&D strategy, plan, and a team to execute the EV program.
- Expected Technical Skills:
• Insight into EV market development trend
• Technical experience in power electronics engineering (motor, inverter, transmission)
and energy management
• Understanding of air condition (heating & cooling system) is a PLUS
• Understanding of battery management system is a PLUS
- Requirements:
• MS or PhD degree from top university in EV area
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Overall Network skill, team working skills;
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Fluency in English is a MUST
