Google Chief Legal Officer David Drummond blasted Microsoft， Apple， Oracle and “other companies” for colluding to hamper the increasingly popular Android mobile software by buying up patents， effectively imposing a “tax” on Android cellphones.
谷歌首席法務(wù)官德拉蒙德（David Drummond）稱微軟、蘋果、和甲骨文等公司相互勾結(jié)，通過(guò)買斷相關(guān)專利，相當(dāng)于對(duì)采用Android系統(tǒng)的手機(jī)“征稅”，試圖阻撓Android手機(jī)軟件的發(fā)展。
Apart from increasing costs for consumers， snapping up the patents will stifle technological innovation， he said.
他指出，這種搶購(gòu)專利的作法，不僅會(huì)增加消費(fèi)者的支出，還會(huì)扼殺科技創(chuàng)新。
“Microsoft and Apple have always been at each other‘s throats， so when they get into bed together you have to start wondering what’s going on，” Drummond wrote in a blog post.
德拉蒙德在博客中寫道：“微軟和蘋果向來(lái)是死對(duì)頭，所以當(dāng)它們混到一起的時(shí)候，你就不得不疑惑究竟發(fā)生了什麼。”
He referred to “a hostile， organized campaign against Android by Microsoft， Oracle， Apple and other companies， waged through
bogus patents.”

Apple， Microsoft and Oracle declined to comment.
