Job Responsibilities:
-Process daily payment transactions, including account openings, deposits,remittances, etc.
-Provide quality services to customers
-Prepare daily reports for related parties, e.g. PBOC and SAFE
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or above
-Minimum of two years' relevant experience, preferably gained in foreign banks
-Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC and SAFE
-Strong customer service orientation, and good communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application
software(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Counter Operations Officer)
任務(wù)職責(zé)：
-處理分行客戶之日常銀行交易，包括開立戶口、提/存款、找換、轉(zhuǎn)帳及匯款等
-提供優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶服務(wù)以鞏固客戶基礎(chǔ)
-協(xié)助編制人民銀行及外管有關(guān)之報(bào)表
條件：
-大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)或以上學(xué)歷
-二年以上零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作或前臺柜員經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具外資銀行工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者獲優(yōu)先考慮
-對人民銀行及外管條例有基本認(rèn)識
-具良好客戶服務(wù)意識、溝通和人際技巧
-中英文程度良好，熟悉辦公室計(jì)算機(jī)軟件應(yīng)用（工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)較少者，可考慮申請零售運(yùn)作副主任職位）
