    招聘職位:前臺
    -Receive,direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages; greet, assist and/or direct visitors;
    -Manage Admin supplier, manage admin regular expense and payment. take care of the cleanness and security of working environment,
    -Make preparations for conference—conference calls, live meeting;
    -assist to make admin regulations, such as conference room reservations, stationery ordering;
    -organize outings and company activitities;
    -take care of office admin assets and supplies.
    -Other regular admin jobs, such as flight booking, hotel reservation, rental car arrangement, and etc..
    人員要求:
    1.College or university degree,
    2. Familiar with office software: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    3. Have Admin experience within an international company.
    4. A customer orientation with a drive for results.
    5. Have a good command of English and good at communication, people person
    6. Detail oriented, active and efficient working style.
    7. Well-organized, reliable and responsible.
